As it is, I'll be missing yet another 10th of the month and I still haven't finished Lady K's giftfic chapter. I've really got to get a move on that since I wanted to post the ending on her birthday and there are at least 2 chapters to go!
I'm off to Chicago for the week. Which sounds great but it means getting up at 6am every morning and working all bloody day long at a conference. 8,000 attendees + only 13 of us running the conference = STRESS! Plus we have a brand new set of people in the conference department who've never done this before so... yeah. I'll hope for the best. I'll have Saturday free after 3pm though. I had considered taking in a Blackhawks game but I'm opting instead for trying to get to the Art Institute for an hour before it closes and then snarfing landmarks with Eeyore and then possibly seeing Neil & Tim's new movie in 3-D. We'll see. I might be so exhausted I pass out. LOL
But I'm packed and down to 54% full on my DVR and ready for a long, hard week of work! Windy City, here I come!
