I was absolutely exhausted yesterday. Had a headache from lack of sleep. But I made it through my shows (awww, sorry, Hal. I sent at least 400 votes your way!). And then I slept about 9 hours. I had to drag myself out of bed, but I've got lots of things to do today and I'm veeery hungry. And I have to probably work this afternoon at old job (Job #1).

I also finished two stories. My September Joe Boys story is done, and I finished that long Strokes fic I keep mentioning. I finished it on the 29th and it ended up to be 29 pages, how's that for weird? LOL I think it'll need a little editing, though. The wording didn't come out exactly to my liking near the end. But as I probably won't be able to post it for months, I have time.

I have a new pet!!! Yesterday morning, I found a huge praying mantis between the panes of glass on my window that's outside my bathroom. Really pretty, it is, but trapped. So I told my mother and went to work. She opened up the outside window so it could get out... but later on in the day we both came to the conclusion that it doesn't want to go out. It's probably less cold there, and it's a nice little, safe spot. After more than a day, it's still there, even though the window is still open. It keeps moving up the window, probably away from the cold opening. So it's definitely alive (and probably happy eating the insects that got trapped there as well. So for now, I have a new pet! heehee I need a good "could be male or female" name for it. Any suggestions? Its name is Lindsey :-)
