Stupid frickin...

Stupid frickin emetophobia.

Finally just came down after a panic attack. Went dizzy from hyperventilating. The only pill I can take in order to keep from throwing up from complications due to having a cold comes in pills so big I can barely swallow them. I'm terrified of swallowing pills because they make me gag and that makes me throw up. How is that fair? I mean, really? Took me 4 tries to get that one down with a panic attack in the middle. Ugh. My body completely SUCKS. Why can't all my medicine just come in shot form?

Now I feel sick AND jumpy. Great.

In other news... I watched the debate.

Then I watched Survivor.

Then I watched Supernatural. Oh, Moose. I don't know how much heartbreak I can take after that episode of Doctor Who and this episode of SPN.

You know, almost all pills can be chewed or crushed. Some of them don't taste very good, but you chase 'em with a bunch of water and it's OK.

Yeah. I used to do that a lot with medicine. These pills, however, specifically say as item #1 on the directions: "do not crush, chew, or break tablet." It's one of those pills with a time-release layer so I have a feeling the medicine won't work the right way if you crush it up because it would be like taking the whole 12 hour dose all at once instead of letting it work slowly over 12 hours.
